Refund and Returns Policy

1) Return & Exchange Period

We provide a 30-day window from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for your order.


2) Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return or exchange if:

  • They are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original packaging with tags.
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale, unless defective or sent incorrectly by us.

3) How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return within 30 days:

  1. Email us at hello@brenzuo.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  2. Attach photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  3. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected. Pack items securely and keep your shipping receipt or tracking number.


4) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product), we cover return shipping.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (size, preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to our mistake.
  • Customs duties or local taxes, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5) Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets eligibility requirements.
  • Refunds are issued only for items that are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with tags and packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy may be rejected.

6) Exchanges

  • Size or color exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Colors may appear slightly different due to screen display.
  • Exchanges depend on product availability.
  • For exchanges due to size or preference, the customer pays return and reshipment shipping costs.
