1) Return & Exchange Period
We provide a 30-day window from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for your order.
2) Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for return or exchange if:
- They are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original packaging with tags.
- Custom or personalized items are final sale, unless defective or sent incorrectly by us.
3) How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return within 30 days:
- Email us at hello@brenzuo.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Attach photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected. Pack items securely and keep your shipping receipt or tracking number.
4) Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product), we cover return shipping.
- If the return is for personal reasons (size, preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Original shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to our mistake.
- Customs duties or local taxes, if applicable, are non-refundable.
5) Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets eligibility requirements.
- Refunds are issued only for items that are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with tags and packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Returns that do not meet our policy may be rejected.
6) Exchanges
- Size or color exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Colors may appear slightly different due to screen display.
- Exchanges depend on product availability.
- For exchanges due to size or preference, the customer pays return and reshipment shipping costs.
